A booking form must be completed for each person attending.
A deposit of £100 per person (non refundable)
is needed with your signed confirmation form, which
you can download from the form section.
The remaining balance should be paid no later then 8
weeks before your course start date.
Alternatively you may pay the amount in full.
Once your deposit / full amount has cleared we will
then be able to successfully confirm your course place.
We will contact you to inform you of this via email
and by post.
You will receive a receipt for each payment you make,
along with details of your course booking and any updated
course information.
Cancellations
In order to cover our expected losses for the course
facilities we pay for in advance, there is a set of
charges, which applies if you or anyone travelling with
you cancels.
We reserve the right to vary certain elements of the
course according to the numbers attending. In the event
that this happens, we will offer an alternative course,
if possible. If this is not convenient we will re-imburse
the full cost.
If you have to cancel please notify us immediately in
writing.
Whilst every effort will be made
to fill your vacancy, if we are unable to do so, a cancellation
fee will be charged as follows.

Insurance
We strongly advise you to be fully insured for all possibilities,
including cancellation.
Fotos in the Sun is not liable for any personal injury,
accidental damage or loss incurred in any way including
any event or circumstance that may happen while participating
on the course.
Your signature on the booking form confirms that you
accept these conditions.
